Bug Description
System status and job examine are not working in OpenVistA under GTM. The proposed changes will implement interrupt commands to gather the status of mumps jobs and display the information in a Screenman based form.
The screenman option will incorporate jobexamine, killing off jobs, and Lock management functionality.
