Which ubuntu release are you running?

Can you post the output of running these two commands, please?
$ apt-cache policy python-ldpt
$ apt-cache policy ldtp

Forget my last comment.

Can you please check if /usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/ldtp.py module is there?

Thanks.

Now it is I installed it after the crash. Means I installed python-ldtp and then it worked.

The dependencies to run those tests are ldtp and python-ldtp (as documented).

If you think that this is still a bug, please, reopen. Thanks.

ldtprunner should be packaged in python-ldtp, not in ldtp itself.

I ran into the same problem, had to install python-ldtp.

Shouldn't ldtp depend on python-ldtp?

From looking at them in Synaptic, it looks like python-ldtp depends on ldtp, I think it should be reversed.

Eitan,

python-ldtp depends on ldtp, but ldtp has to refer python-ldtp as recommended / required / depend package. Not sure, how this works exactly in packaging :)

Thanks
