Cannot clear RCS details

Bug Description

Once RCS details have been entered once in a product series, it's not possible to clear them away.

As long as the productseries.importstatus is AUTOTEST or TESTFAILED, it should be possible for the product owner to NULL away all rcs-related fields (rcstype, cvsroot, cvsbranch, svnrepository, targetwhatever, timestamps, importstatus, etc.).
