Bad tax computing when you remove a tax

Bug Description
I am using the latest trunk version.
When you add 21% tax to a line in a invoice.
Then do "compute tax"
Everything is ok.
But, if you remove the tax from this line and then compute again it will:
* (with GTK client) simply don't remove the tax from total.
* (with eTiny client) compute all total good, excepting the residual total.
