Bug Description

i am from colombia and service providers are: comcel, tigo and movistar, (just to let you know), because i was unable to set my new mobile broadband connection, because i did not find my country and my service provider.

someone should provide a patch as described here:

Hi Andres, the Ubuntu task for this should be Fix Committed instead of Confirmed now.

Fix Committed:
