GNome Do causes keyboard problems

Bug Description

If I start gnome do ("super + space") as a very first action just after login it causes my keyboard mapping to go crazy.
For example, the "up arrow" key is mapped to "print Screen" function.
Even by resetting the keyboard through System > Preferences > Keyboard doesn't solve the problem. All I can do is ctrl+alt+backspace or log out / in again.
To avoid the problem, just after log in I have to click on the desktop and press at least once one of the arrow keys.
From that moment on, I can safely use gnome do.

System info:
GNOME Do 0.6.1.0
Ubuntu 8.10 i386.
Labtop Dell XPS M1330
Italian Keyboard Layout

so far as I can tell this was a specific issue with the guys system. I have never reproduced this successfully.

Can you provide feedback on this bugs status in the 0.8.0 release?

Well, after upgrading to 0.8 and with the latest kernel updates, the problem disappeared.
In the end I have the strong feeling that the problem was not due to DO but to the kernel / scripts.
I would consider case closed.
Thanks.
