Bug Description
openmotif source package install software in /usr/X11R6 instead of /usr.
Dapper doesn't seem to have /usr/X11R6/lib in the default library search path, as a result dpkg-shlibdeps fails to find libmotif3 as a dependancy (see bug https:/

Attached debdiff change installation patch so everything is installed under /usr instead of /usr/X11R6.
Also did xlibs-dev transition and fixed a FTBFS bug I faced.
