Bug Description

the times are displayed with UTC after them, but really, they are local time.

Either showing UTC for real; or local time with the TZ for it would be ok.

Attached is a patch that ensures PQM is displaying the correct UTC time.

I'm curious how this is Fix Released. Maybe the bazaar pqm just hasn't been updated?

I'm specifically seeing:

Which means that my patch was submitted 45 minutes after "Now" but is being processed.

I suppose I wouldn't care if I had bug #133232 fixed. I just was trying to estimate how long it has been running, but running for -45 minutes doesn't give me much hope.
