cairo-dock dependencies should include xdotool

Bug Description

Binary package hint: cairo-dock

cairo-dock themes are using xdotool as command to simulate some key combos (like alt+F1 for Ubuntu menu).
If xdotool is a common use in cairo-dock, it should be included in cairo-dock dependencies or, at least suggested packages.
It is confusing for user to have some cairo-dock launchers not working because of missing xdotool.

Why not using Recommends as the lack of this package can generate bugs with themes ?
