Bug Description

Binary package hint: mobile-broadband-provider-info

This patch adds support for Nova (nova.is) which is a very popular 3g provider here in Iceland.

It validates against the DTD and with it Nova 3g USB dongles work out of the box using Network Manager.

I've already submitted this patch upstream for inclusion but I'm sending it to ubuntu as well in the hope that it will be in the system earlier, hopefully in 8.10 or soon thereafter.
