Bug Description

Tsclient displays nonesense instead of strings in Russian in clean breezy system which makes the program unusable and just look ugly in the Internet menu. Moreover, when you look in the tsclient translation page on rosetta it gives you the same nonsense.

I suspect that it might be a font problem, but i didnt have time to investigate yet.

I can confirm that this bug exist in Edgy Beta 1. It seems that tsclient's russian .po file was compiled with charset koi8-ru instead of utf8

Please see the attachment with the screenshot.
