Please update a list of XUL extensions in app-install-data-ubuntu

Bug Description

Hello,

I have updated the list of XUL extensions in app-install-data-ubuntu. I have removed every occasion of application/x-debian-xul-extension-firefox-2 in menu-data-xul-extensions/*.desktop, since firefox-2 was removed from the archives. In case an extension was associated only with that MimeType, I have either updated it to application/x-debian-xul-extension-firefox, in case it supports Firefox 3, or removed the file, in case it doesn't support Firefox 3. The extensions that currently don't support Firefox 3 are mozilla-bookmarksftp and firefox-themes-ubuntu. I also added a desktop file for PwdHash, which is available since Intrepid.

All of these changes are available in my branch, which is linked to this bug report.

Please find attached diff for this upload, as for some reason I get errors on Launchpad when I try to push the changes to my branch. It should be applied to the current revision of ~ubuntu-core-dev's branch of app-install-data-ubuntu [1], which is #557.
