Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubuntu-docs

Please sponsor an upload of ubuntu-docs from bzr. This is the last upload for Intrepid. The changes involve an update of translations from Launchpad.

The exception to NonLanguagePackTranslationDeadline was approved by Steve Langasek.

On further discussion with Steve and Martin in #ubuntu-devel, please do NOT upload this change until we have made some attempts to decrease the package size.
