Bug Description

vm-builder requires any version of debootstrap. However vm-builder defaults to installing ubuntu intrepid. debootstrap does not provide the required files [1] to perform this until version 1.0.9.

Not a VMBuilder (the project) problem. It's a packaging issue (if that).
