The patch is to be applied to longrun-0.9-16 in Ubuntu universe to allow longrun to support configuration files. This is preliminary configuration file support, to set defaults to command options for the longrun utility.

This also makes changes to the configuration file, and the debian/changelog setting the bug poster (yours truly) as the maintainer of the package, which should not be the case unless the application to the MOTU team is approved.

(Consider this an expression of intent to take over the maintenance of longrun in Ubuntu universe)
