Driver for the Xerox Workcentre 7345 doesn't allow recto/verso printing

Bug Description

In bug #259318, the generic PCL6/XL driver was added as the default driver for the Xerox Workcentre 7345.

Unfortunatly, it appears that this driver (or something else) grey out the recto/versio option (altough this option is still available with other drivers). This prevent to print in recto/verso with this printer.

Only fixing Foomatic does not help here the "pxlmono"/"pxlcolor" driver has also a bug. I have fixed it upstream in Ghostscript and a fixed package for Ubuntu is on its way.

  * debian/patches/38_pxl-duplex.dpatch: The Duplex option of the "pxlmono"
    and "pxlcolor" drivers did not work (part 1 of the fix for LP: #282738).

  * debian/patches/39_pxl-resolution.dpatch: The resolution must be also set
    as PJL command for the "pxlmono" and "pxlcolor" drivers.
