United Kingdom O2 contract username incorrect

Bug Description

Binary package hint: mobile-broadband-provider-info

The username used by O2 for contract connections in the UK is not "web", it is "o2web".
(checked by testing with an O2 USB dongle on a contract, the Mac drivers for the same dongle, and in the connection settings of my contract iPhone 3G)
