Socks4 server doesn't insert socks entry into inetd.conf

Bug Description

When socks4-server installs it doesn't insert an entry into the inetd.conf file. This bug is reported (upstream? Is that the proper term?) in Debian at: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?pkg=socks4-server
