update-notifier-kde tries to launch adept, but the package does not depend on adept

Bug #271834 reported by Murillo Fernandes Bernardes

update-notifier-kde (Ubuntu)

Bug Description

I'm using Intrepid, all packages upgraded, but I don't have adept installed.

update-notifier-kde 0.3

If I click in the update notifier icon in the systray it tries to lauch adept. Since the software needs adept, the package should contain the proper dependency.
