Binary package hint: transmission

Transmission 1.34 has been released. This is a bugfix release that should be considered for inclusion in 8.10.

Hm, upstream does not provide a tar.gz, so I have to generate it from the tar.bz2.

Can you please send the POT building fix to Debian's BTS? If that gets accepted, we can just sync the package in the near future.
