desktop file extra GenericName[en_GB] entry

Bug Description

If specifying a localized GenericName[], one must also include a non-localized GenericName. Otherwise, Fedora rpmbuild checks die. I simply removed the useless line from the .desktop file. Patch below.

How strange: it seems that right-clicking the .desktop file in Nautilus is enough to get it to add this line all by itself. I have a feeling it probably shouldn't do that, but there we go. Not that it really matters, since it's now gone again anyway.
