Bug Description
When I first start Ubuntu, my screen is too on right. I mean, that my clock is
showing only the date, and not the time. I know, that the bug is not in
gnome-clock-applet. When I move the screen image using the OSD of my monitor,
the image is okay. But I'm sick and tired of moving the image to the left when
starting Ubuntu, and to the right when starting Windows. Please, fix that bug in
Dapper Drake! My monitor is KTC K-700 FE. The problem fixes with nvidia X.Org
drivers, but I can't install them and that's another bug.

this is a natural consequence of using different sync rates; without seeing the
nvidia driver source, there is little if any we can do to fix this.
