evolution IMAP4rev1 subscriptions always on

Bug Description

Evolution will show only subscribed folders reguardless of what you select in
the server preferences. For example even if you do not check the box "show only
subscribed folders" in the "recieve options" tab, if subscriptions exist on the
server, only subscribed folders will be shown. This is even more maddening,
because when trying to edit subscriptions in the folders menu you are informed
that subscriptions are not enabled. If you go and enable them, you need to
restart evolution before you will be allowed to edit them.

Thanks for your bug. IMAP4v1 is known to be bugged and upstream recommand not
using it (it'll be dropped, there is already some discussions running on other
bug about it beeing confusing). I'm closing the bug, please try with the
standard IMAP configuration and reopen the bug if you still have the issue with it.
