FTBFS in intrepid for nis 3.17-14

Bug Description

Binary package hint: nis

Nis package does not build with the last version of NM (0.7) which is shipped with intrepid.
The constant "NM_DBUS_SIGNAL_STATE_CHANGE" used in ypbind-mt-1.20.1/src/ypbind_dbus_nm.c has been dropped of in NM 0.7. The previous value was StateChange.

Upstream will not take it as they want to be rid off NM with the NIS package in the next update.

  * Replace "multiuser" deprecated init mode in debian/postinst with manual
    arguments. Adapt the corresponding change in LSB init script header and
    runtime dependency in debian/control (LP: #254262)
  * Fix FTBFS because of NM 0.7 in intrepid editing ypbind-mt-1.20.1/src/
    ypbind_dbus_nm.c (LP: #259138)
