System error on Requesting fix for additional distribution

Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open bug #1;
2. Click the Request fix: In distribution link;
3. In the Distribution field use the Ubuntu keyword;
4. Leave the field Source Package Name blank;
5. Click Add;
6. System Error.

Traceback follows:
