grip: incomplete path to lame encoder

Bug Description
Problem: In the standard configuration, grip is missing the the path to lame. As a consequence, it issues an utterly useless error message, complaining abstractly about a misconfigured encoder.
Solution: Instead of just "lame" the configuration should read "/usr/bin/lame" in Config -> Encode -> Encoder -> Encoder executable.
