Bug Description

Debian upstream 5.0.51-7 and 5.0.51-10 contain the fix for CVE-2008-2079.
Please merge (at least) these changes into intrepid.

Hi,

Does this impact to Hardy also? I don't see any updates released for Hardy, even though it uses 5.0.51-3. If it's a security issue, it should be backported.

This does affect Ubuntu 8.04 (Hardy), and will be part of a larger security update.
