Bug Description
When I try to mount a CD-ROM drive with no disc in it by clicking its icon in
Computer window, I get strange message:
Unable to mount the selected volume.
Error: given UDI is not a mountable volume
Ordinary mount command gives much more user-friendly notice:
mount: No medium found
Next thing is, when I insert a disc into CD-ROM drive but not close the tray and
try to mount it by clicking its icon, I get the first warning, whereas mounting
by issuing mount command first closes tray and then mounts it. This is how it
should work in my opinion.

Thanks for your bug. What version of Ubuntu do you use? When clicking on a drive
from the computer place it opens a dialog: "Unable to mount the volume. There is
probably no media in the device" here. What kind of drive do you use? Could
attach the "lshal" part corresponding to it?
