Binary package hint: bughelper

due to the recent changes to python-launchpad-bugs parts of the bughelper tools are broken, especially regarding error handling and filtering.

Perhaps in the future to avoid users having broken tools you could set the Breaks field in debian/control in python-launchpad-bugs

I've attached a branch which resolves the incompatibility issues btwn py-lp-b and bughelper, bugnumbers and buginfo.

For what it is worth I don't think the package was ever broken because of this. The bug really should have been filed about the product bughelper.
