Bug Description

Im trying to mark #2414 a dupe of #1975 at:

https://launchpad.net/malone/bugs/2414/+duplicate

When i entered the 1975 and click in Change, i get an error: Constraint not satisfied.

The validator needs to raise a
canonical.launchpad.validators.LaunchpadValidationError instead of just
returning False.

See canonical/launchpad/validators/name.py for an example of the new way of
writing field validators.
