dates in launchpad should be easier to use.

Bug Description

We should allow users to not just enter dates manually, and have to guess the format (which can be very annoying, once you put in a wrong format).

So maybe an additional combo box for that will help.

There is a new date input widget available in the Zope SVN repository which we should check out. I believe it wraps some other open source code (moog or something like that).
