Bug Description

Binary package hint: kdelibs5

1. Copy the text 'abc' to the Klipboard
2. Paste it into some textbox, e. g. in Konqueror or in Kopete
3. See 'abcabc' being pasted instead of the previously copied 'abc'

I've tested that the package builds with the fix but haven't tried using it yet.

FWIW, i can duplicate this in Kopete but only when hitting Ctrl-V. Right clicking and choosing paste in the message window does the single "abc" paste.

Same package versions as bug reporter.
