Thank you i will look for the info you didnt add to the wiki.

I have filled out the missing blocks of info except the QA contact, I will think about doing this one but for now ill leave it blanck incase someone else wants to take it.

Working on thiz tonight a little bit nd tomorrow.

Ok so far i fixed the .upstream branch just waiting for my push to take affect than i will build and see if all bugs have been taken care of.

This can be found in my PPA for intrepid and jaunty, waiting for it to be pushed to archives at this time.

John, could you update the bug with the branches you prepared?

Updated description to use Chatzilla instead of firefox-*

Please make sure the icon becomes visible in the Tool menu when this addon is installed in Firefox. Foxmarks is a good example of this, many addons lack this feature. Perhaps this is an upstream requirement, also for all other Mozilla addons.

As an extension there shouldnt be an icon but a menu entry in firefox
menu. Where are you sugesting to place the icon. (and yes we might
beable to but its not important at this time. i need it in archives
first to get a nice time frame for testing it.

I think that should be set in the extension itself, so the upstream
should be contacted about this. It's not done in the packaging.

I agree that it should be done upstream. If you can please drop the link
to the upstream bug you report to this bug i would like to track it to
see what they say.

looks good. thanks. I added bzr bd meta info to
.bzr-builddeb/default.conf, made a proper jaunty release out of it,
pushed to lp:~ubuntu-dev/firefox-extensions/chatzilla.ubuntu branch

and uploaded to ubuntu/jaunty

 affects ubuntu
 status fixcommitted
