This bug was fixed in the package libgail-gnome - 1.20.0-1ubuntu1

    - Remove all libgail-dev deps as gail is now on gtk2 (LP: #241790)
    - Bump libgtk2.0 to 2.13
  * Modify Maintainer value to match the DebianMaintainerField
    specification.

 I was under the impression that u were responsible for that package .

Perhaps I should have subscribed some team for the same? One never knows whom to subscribe for packages? The guy who uploaded it last or who?

Shirish: in most cases of bugs that need direct handling either
 - bug contacts are subscribed already or
 - special teams are subscribed (like ubuntu-main-sponsors)

Maybe we should have a discussion on ubuntu-bugsquad@ about documenting how to get the attention of the right people?
