orage updates late the hour (panel)

This is fixed with Xfce svn commit 26901.
Fix is in Orage version 4.5.13.8

I didn't find infos about 4.5.13.8 on the websites. Is it officially released? Or should we grab it from svn?

not released. It is just internal version number available from svn.
We will release Xfce Alpha 1 next weekend (that is the plan at least)
and that will contain Orage 4.5.13.9, which probably will be retagged
to 4.6.xxx. You should wait for that instead of using older.

It can be backported (see bug #243875).
