Bug Description

ume-launcher provides a sort of UI (taken from the conventional menu) whereas GNOME Control Center provides another sort of UI : It's not consistent at all.
Whey not having conventional Administration and Preferences displayed like other menus within the launcher ?
That would be much more consistent than having 2 different UI in the launcher

This is something to consider for a future implementation, but not this one.

Besides i can't add any application from the Control Center to Favorites since the UI is different.
For instance, i like to have the System monitor ready to use to kill frozen applications. But i can't add it to Favorites since Control Center is not integrated within the launcher.
I'll wait for further developments and hope that conventional Administration and Preferences menus will be added to the launcher

I've removed the control-centre link from the latest version in favour of having the preferences & administration tabs on the left to match the rest of the categories.

There remains a small amoutn of UI work to show that these two categories a special, but it's trivial.

and for "There remains a small amoutn of UI work to show that these two categories a special, but it's trivial" i was indeed about to fill a bug report : there should be a bigger separator before Preferences for instance
