When you did the upgrade to Ubuntu Breezy - did the applet crash? Did it give you a "Inform Developers" dialog? The workaround is pretty simple: rightclick on the panel, add the window list applet to it again.

Hello,
I also have the minimize problem but I did not upgrade. this is a clean install of Ubuntu Breezy and did all of the upgrades. After the upgrades, the minimize became a problem.

Hello again,
I hope someone from the ubuntu team reads this.
I left the last reply on the minimized windows dissappearing. Well, I low formatted my hard drive, clean installed Ubuntu Breezy, and checked to see if the minized windows work. They did! There at the bottom of the screen was the tab to maximize the window. Then I did the udates. Restarted and tryed again. It worked this time also.
Then about twenty minutes later another update showed up and it was for something about user splash screens. I updated. resrted, and guess what?
 NO MINIMIZED windows.
NOW, during the time between the first and last updates, I also installed, the weather report onto the bar and the network monitor. I have had these before with nO porblems. I also moved the trash, monitor , and weather icons to the center of the bar.
i HATE REINSTALLING!!!!!
I HAVE TO DO IT AGAIN!
