Disks Manager app exits unexpectedly

Bug Description

Description of the crash:
Disks Manager crashes when using it to format an unused, unformatted partition.
It has happened 3 times now after the installation of Ubuntu 5.10

Steps to reproduce the crash:
1. Click on a Hard Drive icon on the left hand panel -> Partitions tab ->
particular partition -> Format button -> Ext3 -> Format button
2. Click Change button

Expected Results:
Error message - disks-admin exited unexpectedly.

How often does this happen?
Often

Additional Information:
Partition done by the Ubuntu 5.10 Install program at the beginnning was:
IDE1 Master (hda) - 120.0 GB WDC WD1200JB-00GVA0
#1 Primary 255.0 MB ... ext3 /boot
#5 Logical 119.8 MB ... lvm
IDE1 Slave (hdb) - 8.6 GB ...
...
LVM VG Ubuntu LV root - 118.2 GB Unknown
#1 118.2 GB ext3
LVM VG Ubuntu LV swap_1 - 1.6 GB Unknown
#1 1.6 GB swap
