Doesn't respond well to Quit while getting patches

Bug Description
In a very long download, had to interrupt.
Used "quit" menu.
Seemed to freeze. waited a while
So tried clicking window close box.
KDE dialog said application wasn't responding.
But I told it not to kill the process.
Then Adept Updater just continued downloading...very slowly,
(and didn't redraw its window behind the KDE dialog.)
And it didn't quit after finishing the next download.

There's now a "cancel download" button while download is running. I'd close the bug but i apparently don't have the neccessary privileges to do so.
