"Disks" menu item is not translated

Bug Description

I'm Spanish, and I have my Ubuntu Gnome desktop localized in Spanish. For
example, all the menus and all the menu items are in Spanish.

But gnome-system-tools's "Disks" menu item is not translated.

Please, can you add a line in disks.desktop containing something
like this:

Name[es]=Discos

and the tooltip translation is: "Configura los discos del sistema".

Thanks for your bug. You should read the ubuntu-translators list if you are
interested by translation. A mail has been sent friday about desktop files to
update pointing to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DeskopTranslations . The files have
been uploaded yesterday and today. I've just fixed your issue though:

gnome-system-tools (1.4.0-0ubuntu8) breezy; urgency=low
.
* debian/disks.desktop:
- updated (Ubuntu: #17020).

I didn't knew about the DesktopTranslations wiki page. I'm just updating this
page to add the Spanish translations.

And now I'm going to subscribe to ubuntu-translators :)
