Bug Description
I should be able to right-click on a cell, select "Insert Name," and be presented with the same screen that I get when I select "Insert -> Names -> Define." Within that screen, the "Expression" field should be pre-populated with the address of the cell that I've right-clicked.

In cvs, the define names dialog is now being prepopulated.
