[needs-packaging] Qlix

Hello,
 I noticed that you were assigned to this packaging request, and I was
hoping to ease your burden :) I have managed to create some ubuntu packages,
you may find the source and binary versions here:
https://launchpad.net/~caffein/+archive
If you have time, I would appreciate any feedback you might have on these
packages as I would like to learn how to package- but am more focused on
Qlix as it has a long way to go.
I hope that you will not get a duplicate of this message as it is not clear
how to reply to this message :)

hi,

looked at the package, here's some comments:
package needs to be able to compiled with gcc 4.3 , it need a man for the bin, it need a long discription in the control, the short doscription in control have do be shorten, a XSBC-Original-Maintainer could be mentioned, substvar and files is not needed, there ar other solutions for it, you could use cdbs to do it.

do you want to do that and have us upload it into ubuntu? or shall we do it.
