Bug Description
1. Open http://
2. The label for the Subscriber field reads: "The person you would like to subscribe to this blueprint. They will be notified of the subscription by e-mail, if they have an active Launchpad account."
"if they have an active Launchpad account" should be removed as it's not possible to subscribe someone who doesn't have an active account.
