fontconfig and bitmap fonts in breezy

/etc/fonts/fonts.conf consider as a font's directory /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts.
It seems to be old and not used now (in my system there's no font inside it). So
maybe it should be changed with /usr/share/X11/fonts inside /etc/fonts/fonts.conf.

Well, I have fixed the broken path in fontconfig and this makes
 fc-match fixed
produce the right output. But I don't see the new fonts in the menus. Perhaps
I just don't know what I'm looking for.

In any case, please try fontconfig 2.3.2-1ubuntu3.

(fonts to search for in the menu are: fixed, courier, times, terminal, ecc...)
