[BUG] Entering ~/filename as the file to open in revelation password manager is parsed wrong

Bug Description

Issue: When entering a path for the file to open upon startup (Edit->Preferences), if
I enter a file in my home directory as ~/filename, when I restart revelation, it
opens and attempts to open a file called /home/rayben/~/filename and fails.

Moreover, this is not really a bug, this is not how the gnome VFS works
