USB problems after resume from hibernate (Inspiron 8600)

Bug Description

After having restarted with hibernate, USB fails to import pictures from my
camera. I have a Dell Inspiron 8600, running Breezy. Please see the attached
screenshot for the error I'm getting.

This should be fixed with the latest initramfs-tools. Can you make sure you have
them installed and then do

sudo dpkg-reconfigure linux-image-`uname -r`

and see if that helps?
