Update to latest upstream version

Not at this point of the release cycle. Will be updated in intrepid (and maybe in hardy-backports if this is possible and if someone requests it).

3.0.9.1 provides important features for enterprise environments:
- authenticated proxy support
- proxy override settings for individual sites

Other important changes since 3.0.7.1:
- SFTP public key authentication
- Automatic resume on some types of transfer failures
- Several Bugfixes

It looks like 3.0.10 is available....any plans to update the package with a newer release?

Yes, I'm just lacking free time for this right now. Moreover Debian has not updated its package yet. I'll try to ask the maintainer when he plans to update it, and try to work with him to merge as many changes as possible, before uploading the package to Ubuntu.

Well, we haven't managed to find time to work together on merging the Debian and Ubuntu packages yet, so I will just upload the latest version (3.0.11) to intrepid.

This bug was fixed in the package filezilla - 3.0.11-0ubuntu1
