Location bar dropdown is animated with Compiz Glide effects in Beta 5

Bug Description
Binary package hint: firefox-3.0
Being a "Utility" class window, the location bar dropdown is now animated with the Glide 1 and Glide 2 Compiz animations in the "Normal" and "Extra" desktop effects settings. This is both too distracting, and breaks the "drop" metaphor.
Expected behavior: The dropdown window "drops down" with a subtle fade effect, or no effect at all.
Actual behavior: The dropdown zooms in from nowhere when typing, and disappears by shrinking towards the center when choosing an item.
An obvious fix would be to add a unique property of the window as an exception to the Animations plugin effect selector, or if it makes sense to exempt all other "Utility" windows as well, simply remove "Utility" from the selection string. I'm not adding a Compiz task for now, as I'm not sure that's the best fix.
