Binary package hint: example-content

The speex audio file from librivox is encoded improperly.

/usr/share/example-content/fables_01_01_aesop.spx

^ the above file is encoded in 44.1kbs, which is a very normal and standard bitrate. Or it is in formats other than speex.

Speex supports 8, 16 and 32 kbs bit-rates, other multiples will have seriously degraded quality/filesize issues compared to a correct encoding.

Can we make this change for Ibex?

Otherwise, what is the point of including example content that is wrongly encoded and doesn't show off the right qualities of the codec?

I'm willing to make the change.

Re-encoded the file at the proper bitrate. now 62kb smaller and sounds MUCH nicer.
