Notification emails screw with my formatting

Notification emails appear to be reflowing the test that I enter, which is broken. Text should be included as entered, and any wrapping of long lines left for the mail client to do based on window width and local settings. It is also indenting fields such as description, which is probably the reason this wrapping was implemented - remove the indentation and the wrapping code can disappear.
